Michael Steven joined NEARSHORE in 2016 as the ﬁrst founding employee serving as a Customer Service representative. Today he leads the Customer Service Excellence Team. Michael's depth experience in the hospitality and entertainment industry performing technical roles at events honed his attention to detail. Now overseeing the Nearshore B2C maritime sector onboarding and delivery of life cycle support to OEM end users, his team provides service activation, troubleshooting, and customer care. Michael is based in Victor, Colorado, the USA leading a team of support staﬀ always at the ready 24x7 to serve NEARSHORE'S customers.
